The General Spanish Course has 20 Spanish lessons in Bilbao per week, the classes combine speaking and listening activities with writing, grammar, and reading exercises. Lessons are interactive and include discussions, role-playing, and several types of projects.

Instituto Hemingway offer six levels of instruction, aligned with the Common European Framework: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. These levels are categorized into beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
