International Foundation Program at the UCM
The International Foundation Program boosts students’ Spanish and academic skills, ensuring direct entry to Complutense University’s undergraduate programs in the same year.
Led by Complutense University professors, the program runs from January to July and offers scholarships, reducing tuition fees to one-third of the original cost.
Taught only in Spanish:
Complutense University’s International Foundation Program comprises two mandatory modules:
• Module I: Spanish Language Courses (575 hours of face-to-face courses)
• Module II: Introduction to the University Diploma Program (100 hours of face-to-face courses)

7 months with 90 credits and 675 hours of course time in total

• Must have finished secondary education equivalent to the Spanish baccalaureate level.

Note: The total price doesn’t include the enrollment fee (2,000€).
The enrolment fee includes the following services: airport pick-up for first arrival, accommodation management, application for student residence card, application for undergraduate studies, application for postgraduates studies, local mobile phone card, bank card, medical appointment and necessary companion, 24-hour emergency service).
