Sworn Translations: English to Spanish & Spanish to English
Important information
- Both the traditional version of a sworn translation (handwritten signature and seal), and the digital version (handwritten signature, seal and digital signature) will be sent by email. If you require physical copies of the documents the sworn translator can send them to you via certified mail. In such cases, a delivery fee of €20 (for up to 500 grams) will apply.
- If you are a resident of Spain or any other European Union country, a 21% VAT will be added on top of the total fees and included in the invoice.
- Payment must be made directly to the sworn translator via Paypal, Bizum, or bank transfer. The sworn translator will commence work on the translations only upon receipt of full payment.
- In case additional hard copies of the sworn translation are needed, the fee will be 12 euros per each extra copy.
- The average turnaround time for standard translations is as follows:
- Certificates or similar documents: 4-6 pages (sides) per day
- Discursive documents: 2000-4000 words per day
