City Hall Registration (Empadronamiento)
An appointment for registration is arranged for the client, the documentation is reviewed, and
the client is accompanied to the appointment by a personal assistant.
Price: 75€
Applying for a Residence Permit (NIE/TIE)
An appointment for obtaining the residence permit is arranged for the client, the documentation
is reviewed and the client is accompanied to the appointment by a personal assistant.
Price: 144€
Opening a Bank Account
The client is accompanied to a bank located in the city center by a personal assistant, the
documentation is reviewed, and support is provided throughout the whole process.
Price: 99€
Authorization of Return (Autorización de regreso)
A return authorization must be issued in case a client needs to travel out of Spain
without having a valid TIE.
Price: 144€
Social Security Number (Número de la seguridad social)
An application to obtain a Spanish social security number is submitted on behalf
of the client (only if eligible). This process is done online.
Price: 60€
CAT Health Card (CAP CARD)
An application to obtain a public health card is submitted on behalf of the client
(only in Barcelona, if eligible).
Price: 75€
Additional Support
In case a client does not have the correct documentation on the day of the appointment and needs to be accompanied again.

All prices include accompaniment to appointments by a personal assistant (except for procedures
that can be done 100% online).
The appointment date for all services will be subject to the availability of the relevant authority.
Personal assistants can provide support in the following languages: English, Spanish.
Additional languages (not available in all cities): German, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, and Arabic.
The listed prices do not include government application fees, which vary depending on the type of service. These fees are typically under €20 per application and are subject to annual updates.
Cancellation fees (50€) will be charged for every appointment scheduled on agreed dates that the client cancels for any reason.
All prices include VAT.
The settling-In services will be organized and managed by an external provider.
