So let&#8217;s see some handy verbs and sentence structures!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ways to express our Opinion in Spanish<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Here you are going to learn some of the most common and useful structures.<\/p>\n<p>We are going to practice these new structures with the modal verbs <a href=\"https:\/\/gogoespana.com\/en\/blog\/spanish-verb-tener-que-to-have-to\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tener que (To have to)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gogoespana.com\/en\/blog\/spanish-verb-deber-must\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deber (Must)<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/gogoespana.com\/en\/blog\/spanish-verb-deber-must\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hay que (One has to)<\/a> we learned in recent topics.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Creer: To believe<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The first structure is with the verb Creer which translates to To believe, in English.<\/p>\n<p>So, if we wish to say \u2018I believe that&#8230;\u2019 we will say: (Yo) Creo que&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creo que todos debemos reciclar m\u00e1s: I believe that we must all recyle more<\/li>\n<li>Creo que tienes que estudiar si quieres aprobar el examen: I believe that you have to study if you want to pass the exam<\/li>\n<li>Creo que hay que relajarse y disfrutar la vida: I believe that one has to relax and enjoy life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s also see some example questions with Creer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfT\u00fa qu\u00e9 crees?: What do you believe?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfTu padre cree en Dios?: Does your father believe in God?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfDe verdad creen que est\u00e1 bien echar aceite por el fregadero?: Do they really believe it\u2019s ok to pour oil down the sink?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pensar: To think<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The second structure is with the verb Pensar which translates to To think, in English.<\/p>\n<p>So, if we wish to say \u2018I think that&#8230;\u2019 we will say: (Yo) Pienso que&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pienso que el gobierno debe considerar una semana laboral de cuatro d\u00edas: I think that the government must consider a four day working week<\/li>\n<li>Pienso que Miguel tiene que entrenar m\u00e1s duro para ser mejor futbolista: I think that Miguel has to train harder to be a better footballer<\/li>\n<li>Pienso que hay que pensar menos: I think that one has to think less<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let\u2019s also see some example questions with Pensar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 piensa tu madre de eso?: What does your mother think about that?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQui\u00e9n piensa que es buena idea aumentar la edad de jubilaci\u00f3n?: Who thinks it&#8217;s a good idea to increase the retirement age?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfPens\u00e1is que es buena idea aumentar la edad para votar?
