The Go! Go! World group was co-founded in 2009 by our current CEO, Davide. He had gone through the process of enrolling in a Japanese language school and finding his own accommodation. It was a long, complicated and often frustrating process with lots of paperwork. He believed there was a better way and so Go! Go! Nihon was born.  

Go! Go! España joined the Go! Go! World group in 2016, helping students from all over the world willing to study in Spain.

Our mission is to improve people’s lives and broaden their horizons by helping them experience the world. We want to deliver a painless process to successfully live and study abroad.

We give full support from the time a student is looking for a school to the time he is in the country of choice, including visa support, finding school and accommodation available.

Job description:

We are looking for a native English speaking candidate with a strong interest in Spain and the Spanish language.

The School & Student Coordinator must have a very positive attitude, strong written communication skills, high attention to detail, a strong willingness to help people study abroad.

You will be learning our current process of helping students and arranging their enrollments in the school of their choice, providing guidance to students and sending their applications to the schools, all via e-mail. 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support and guidance to students willing to study in Spain.
• Check student’s applications and assist with the admission process
• Provide support with the Student Visa application
• Communicate with the person in charge of the school
• Provide student’s applications to the school and gather all the information requested

Basic Qualifications:

• Native English speaker.
• Perfect English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines and quotas.
• At least 3 years of customer support experience 
• Currently located in Tokyo (possibility to sponsor a working visa in Japan).
• Japanese is NOT required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Marketing experience
• Experience in content creation
• Knowledge about Spain and Spanish culture
• Fluent in Spanish

Contract type: Full-time (trial period of 3 months)

Work Location: Go! Go! World Headquarters in Shin-Okubo, Tokyo (telework might be available after 3 months training)

Salary: 230,000 yen to 250,000 yen (determined according to experience and ability)

Transportation: Covered up to 30,000 yen a month
